I had a family member stranded a few towns away from me. I called several places and nobody was willing to tow the car for me. i finally reached Mike on the phone who was super nice and understanding of my situation. I was able to make a payment over the phone and he got the car moved for me within a very short time of my initial call. I would recommend him again to anyone needing tow services. This day started out rough! Went out to start the car...nothing! Called Mike at American Towing and things got immediately better:) The call was picked up right away. I'm new to the area so not only did I need a tow I needed some advice where to go. Mike came through in a big way. He not only towed me he set me up with a service station! Mike is a car doctor that does house calls :) He came to my place, fixed a flat tire, and jumped the car. He then drove behind me to the mechanic making sure that I don't get stranded on the way to the shop.

Great local towing company. Had them tow my SUV from Marina Bay. The gentleman, who I think was also the owner, was extremely polite and offered a very low price. Seems like it's small business that's heavily oriented on customer service and establishing a good local reputation. I would definitely use them again.

I've never had such a great experience with any other towing companies before. Mike is such a friendly and personable guy and I can tell he genuinely enjoys his job. My brakes on the car were completely done so i called in around 8am to get it towed to a local body shop in Walpole. He came by my house while I was at work and took care of everything and had my car in the shop in less than an hour. The body shop I needed my car to go to was about 20 miles and the price was extremely fair. No one ever wants to get to the point of having their car towed but if you have no other option, I would highly recommend Mike at American Towing. Thank you! Teddy L.
